Scheduled Maintenance Beginning at 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 3, the H2Online website will be down for a system upgrade, which is anticipated to last until 10 p.m. Sunday, June 5. Online and phone payments cannot be accepted during this timeframe and all delinquent account activity will be delayed to ensure customers are not impacted during the outage.

First time users need their account number and their cycle and route numbers to register. All this information is found on your billing statement. If you do not have a copy of the bill, you can contact customer service at 817-392-4477 to obtain this information.

This site is not for establishing new service. That must be done by phone (817-392-4477, 24-hours/seven days a week) or in person at one of our customer service locations.

End of fiscal year maintenance activity is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 30 and last until approximately 7 p.m. on Oct. 1. During this time, payments cannot be processed online or by phone. We apologize for the inconvenience.
