Go Paperless
You can choose to stop receiving paper bills, but you will not receive your bill by e-mail. You will receive an e-mail notification that a new bill has been generated and the new amount owed. You can view your account details by logging into H2Online, but you will not see an image of the bill in the format of your paper bill.
- Login to your account.
- Click “Manage E-Notification” in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
- Click the button for the option you desire – paper only, e-notification only or both.
- If you select e-notification only or both, type the e-mail address where you want to receive the notification that your new bill is ready to view. You cannot complete the e-mail field if you select paper only. This e-mail address does not have to match the e-mail address used when you established the account.
- Click “Submit.”
After selecting going paperless, for two months you will receive both a paper bill and and e-mail. This is to insure the e-mail address you entered is correct and you are receiving the e-notification so you do not miss a statement.
