The group been volunteering at the animal shelter since December 2019.

What have the group enjoyed most about volunteering with Animal Shelter?

We love playing with the dogs and seeing them get happy when we take them out.

How does volunteering impact the community?

Volunteering helps people bond with each other by creating opportunities to meet new people. It also helps create peace and eases burdens on those who need a helping hand.

What is the group favorite volunteer activity to help with and why?

Our favorite activity is playtime because we are able to play with the dogs and make them feel loved.

What are the social benefits of volunteering at the Animal Shelter?

We get to meet people who also want to make a difference and you are able to get to know them better as you serve with them.

What advice would you give to Day of Service Groups who are thinking of volunteering?

Just be a friend and play with them. They just want your love and attention.
