Property managers and owners of apartments and condominiums with eight or more units are required to provide recycling services for their residents.

Multifamily Recycling Plan

Property owners/managers must complete and submit a recycling plan to the city a minimum of three months prior to their scheduled recycling start date. Property owners/managers with pre-existing recycling programs are asked to complete a Recycling Plan describing their existing recycling program and submit the plan to the city as well.

  • Version 1
    For facilities with cardboard, paper, metal, rigid plastic and plastic bag recycling.
  • Version 2
    For facilities with cardboard, paper, metal, glass, rigid plastic and plastic bag recycling.
  • Version 3
    For facilities with cardboard, paper, metal, glass and rigid plastic recycling.
  • Version 4
    For facilities with cardboard, metal, paper and rigid plastic.
