National Bike Month | Where will the ride take you?
Bike to Work Day
Celebrate National Bike Month in Fort Worth by leaving the car at home May 17 and biking to work.
Mayor Betsy Price and other local officials will host a Bike to Work Day rally with routes throughout the city bringing everyone together at The Intermodal Transportation Center, 1001 Jones St.
Whether solo or as part of a group, everyone who participates in Bike to Work Day can pick up refreshments at the ITC beginning at 7 a.m. Following brief remarks, the mayor will lead cyclists in a ride around downtown Fort Worth at 8:30 a.m.
Riders can make the full circuit with the mayor or peel off from the group to head to work.
Borrow a Bike
With the launch of Fort Worth's Bike Sharing Program, even non-cyclists can participate in this year's Bike to Work Day.
Just meet up at the ITC and check out a B-Cycle bike from a station with a credit card.
