Doug Black advises the Transportation & Public Works, Water, Planning & Development, Program Management and Parks & Community Services departments on their contractual matters related to construction of city infrastructure. Black joined the City Attorney’s Office in March 2009 to administer the Police meet and confer agreement and help negotiate and administer the Fire collective bargaining agreement. In November 2010, Black began advising infrastructure departments.

Prior Experience

Prior to his employment with the City of Fort Worth, Black practiced general municipal law with Taylor Olson Adkins Sralla and Elam (2003-2008) and general law with Hill Gilstrap (2000-2002).
