Brittaney Davis joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2017. Since then, she has represented the City of Fort Worth in a variety of employment-related matters including discrimination and retaliation lawsuits, as well as disciplinary appeals. When she is not representing the City of Fort Worth in employment-related matters, she assists department managers with other employment issues.

Prior to joining the Fort Worth City Attorney’s office, Brittaney managed a diverse civil litigation and employment law practice with Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP. In addition, Davis served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant, III, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas (Sherman Division); and Honorable Martin J. Hoffman, 68th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas.
