Carolyn McFatridge

Senior Assistant City Attorney

Carolyn McFatridge joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2001 and, since that time, has represented the city in a variety of employment-related matters, including discrimination and whistleblower lawsuits and civil service and disciplinary appeals. She also assists department managers and Human Resources personnel with day-to-day employment issues, such as the interpretation and application of city personnel rules and federal and state employment laws.

Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, McFatridge served as law clerk to the Hon. David O. Belew Jr., U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. McFatridge also practiced employment law with the firms of Cantey & Hanger in Fort Worth and Gardere Wynne Sewell in Dallas.
