Records & Information Management

The Records and Information Management Office (RIM) is responsible for facilitating and advising the creation, maintenance, retention, access and disposition of all City records, as well as coordinating distribution and responses to public information requests. Watch the video

RIM provides consultation, training and tools needed by City departments to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
