Why is this important?
This measure is based on responses recieved from the City of Fort Worth Citizen Survey. One way to measure how well we are doing at achieving our vision of being the most livable and best managed city in the country is to examine how satisfied residents are, overall, with Fort Worth as a place to live.
Residential satisfaction with Fort Worth as a place to live has increased each year, with a total increase of 4.2 percentage points from 2007 to 2015. Many factors affect residents’ perception of the city, including economic development, general affordability, availability of amenities, safety and other items. Please note that the citizen survey is not done every year, and data is displayed only for years when a survey was conducted.
