Greenbriar Community Center

The Greenbriar Community Center is located just off of Hemphill Street, and lies adjacent to Greenbriar Park. The center hosts a variety of community events, recreational and fitness classes, and an after-school program that utilizes the nearby lake for an assortment of outdoor activities, including fishing and canoeing.

Programs and Classes

After-School Program

Hours: 2-6 p.m. Monday-Friday

Fees: $40 per month for children dropped off by their parent ($5 discount per additional child); $95 per month for children picked up by Community Center transportation ($5 discount per additional child). Otherwise, $25 weekly drop-in fee or $5 daily drop-in fee.

Transportation to Greenbriar Community Center is available from the following schools: Greenbriar Pre-K and Elementary, Hubbard Heights Pre-K and Elementary, RJ Wilson Elementary Pre-K and Elementary, Trinity Basin Preparatory Academy, and Texas School of the Arts (TESA). However, walk-ins and children dropped off by their parents are accepted from all local schools
