Officers are selected by an appointed nominating committee and are elected for two-year terms at the Annual TSGS Conference. There are twenty districts in the state, and each district has a Representative. Officers and District Representatives serve on the Board of Directors. The Society supports the Texas State Library by donating books, publications, and research aids received by TSGS.
