Friends of the Fort Worth Public Library, Inc. is a non-profit membership organization which exists to improve the quality of life in the community by providing advocacy, funding, and volunteer services to the Library. The organization also serves as a conduit for organizations and corporations which are restricted from making donations directly to government entities.
The Friends raise money for non-budgeted items for the library through book and author events and book sales.
