Become a Friend of the Fort Worth Library
To show support for public libraries and recognize National Library Week, The Friends of the Fort Worth Library will host multiple events in April and May, including a membership drive, book drive and book sale. All proceeds will benefit the Fort Worth Library.
Members joining in April will be entered in a drawing for a free Kindle Fire. Member benefits include a 10 percent discount at the Friends Bookstore, invitations to special member-only sales and events, and opportunities to support Fort Worth’s libraries through fundraising and other volunteer activities.
Membership forms are available here and at the Friends Bookstore, 5332 Trail Lake Drive.
To raise money for the library, the Friends need books, audiobooks and CDs to sell. The Friends are the only non-profit in Fort Worth whose book sales directly benefit the library.
