Riley Holloway: Visual Storytelling

Local artist Riley Holloway uses drawing and oil painting to create his narrative-driven works. His pieces feature strangers who intrigued him and are “rich in . . . drama, history and intimacy.” (Holloway, 2018) The artist, who believes that faith and mentorship are integral to the artistic process, will discuss the roles of relatability, reflection and recognition of ourselves in art.
