The A.D. Marshall Public Safety and Courts Building is open to direct physical public access effective June 1, 2020, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Monday-Friday for counter service only. If coming in-person, a face covering/mask is required. Temperature checks and screening questions will be administered before allowing entry.
  • All court dockets, due dates and appearance requirements are suspended until Aug. 17, 2020 for Criminal Cases.
  • All hearings, due dates and appearance requirements are suspended until Sept. 15, 2020, for Civil Cases.

Vulnerable Populations: Individuals who are over age 65 and individuals with serious underlying health conditions, such as high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma and those whose immune systems are compromised such as by chemotherapy for cancer or other conditions requiring such therapy are considered to be vulnerable populations. Effective May 1, 2020 Southwest Municipal Court has CLOSED. All Court proceedings have been consolidated to the A.D. Marshall Public Safety & Courts Building.
Municipal Court has launched Virtual Courtrooms. Anyone can easily request a Virtual Courtroom appearance by calling 817-392-6700, or by selecting the ‘Let’s Chat’ icon on the court website Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Fort Worth Municipal Court hears cases of city ordinance and code violations, parking and traffic violations and school attendance violations.
