Warrant Forgiveness Month The City of Fort Worth Municipal Court is declaring February, Warrant Forgiveness Month. The Court is encouraging anyone who has outstanding citations with the Court to participate in this initiative to help resolve their cases from Feb. 5-March 2.

The Fort Worth Municipal Court hears cases of city ordinance and code violations, parking and traffic violations and school attendance violations.

Fine Schedule

Look up the amount of a fine using the fine schedule (for violations since Jan. 1, 2014).

DPS Surcharge Notice

If you have received a notice of a surcharge due to a conviction on your driving record, visit the Texas DPS Driver Responsibility Surcharge Program website or call 1-800-688-6882 to use the automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to obtain account information or make payments using a checking, savings, or money market account.
