Public Art seeking residents' input on master plan update

See the draft plan for Fort Worth’s public art program and provide feedback at a public presentation at 6:30 p.m. April 27 at the Central Library, 500 W. Third St.

Public art planning and creative placemaking experts Barbara Goldstein and Jessica Cusick will present the results of their research on public art in Fort Worth and the proposed vision for the next 15 years. The public is invited to learn about the process, see the draft Public Art Master Plan Update for the first time and provide feedback before the draft is finalized.

Fort Worth Public Art is a city program created to enhance the visual environment, commemorate the city’s rich cultural and ethnic diversity, integrate artwork into the development of the city’s capital infrastructure improvements and promote tourism and economic vitality.
