Residents in the Candleridge neighborhood are invited to attend a community meeting to discuss street resurfacing. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. May 31 at the Southwest Recreation Center, 6300 Welch Ave.

A thin layer of asphalt will be applied to the existing asphalt pavement to prevent deterioration and add skid resistance to roadway on street segments located in the Candleridge neighborhood. The area includes streets bounded by Mill Pond/Willow Way to the north, Hulen Street to the west, McCart Avenue to the east and Sycamore School Road to the south.

Please make plans to attend this meeting and to find out about impacts to residents.
