Construction begins July 24 on 10th Street sidewalks and bike lanes

Construction will begin July 24 on pedestrian and bicycle facilities on 10th Street. Sidewalks will be installed along the north side of 10th Street from Fournier Street to Forest Park Boulevard.

Improvements will be made to the pedestrian crossing at Forest Park Boulevard and 10th Street to provide a connection to the Trinity Trails. Also being installed is a two-way cycle track for bikes from Penn Street to Forest Park Boulevard.

Construction is expected to last approximately four months.
