Sign up for memberships and rent park facilities from your phone or computer with the new Active Network.

It just got easier to register online for recreation classes and programs.

In early October, the Park & Recreation Department upgraded the online registration portal to Active Network. This online registration system allows customers to register and pay for activities, sign up for memberships and rent parks and other facilities from their phone or computer day or night, 24-7.

Active Network offers customers a more intuitive user experience than the department’s previous online registration system. An improved activity search allows customers to filter favorite programs by keyword, age, date, instructor or location. Additionally, the online payment process — which features an automatic monthly payment option — is faster and more convenient.

Active Network’s account management is also more robust, allowing parents to keep track of their entire family’s activity schedule, save classes to a “wish list” prior to registration opening and renew center memberships.

Finally, text message alerts are available to let busy customers know if their class is cancelled, or if their games are delayed due to weather.

Take a look at available classes or create an account in time for winter registration.
