Blue Zones Project to partner in District 8 walk and ride

Whether you choose to walk or ride, join Mayor Betsy Price in District 8 on the morning of Nov. 4.

Start your Saturday morning off right from 9-11 a.m. Nov. 4 during the District 8 Bike Ride and Walk.

Join Mayor Betsy Price and District 8 Councilmember Kelly Allen Gray at Cobb Park, 2410 E Berry St., for a 2.5-mile walk or a 5-mile bike ride while learning how to live a longer, happier, healthier life.

Blue Zones Project is partnering with Fort Worth Bike Sharing to provide a limited number of bikes and helmets for free. To reserve one, you must sign a waiver of liability and be at least 18.

Registration opens at 8:15 a.m. and parking will be available at First Saint John Cathedral, 2401 E Berry St. This event is free.
