You can help the city keep its streetlights, storm drains and other structures in good repair.

When you see something that needs to be fixed, report it by calling 817-392-1234 to speak with a customer service representative. When you make a report, be ready to describe the issue and give the location or address.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m.- 6 p.m.; Saturdays 7 a.m.-4 p.m. While not monitored 24-hours, residents are encouraged to call when Customer Service is open to report issues encountered at any time.

You can request maintenance or repairs for alleys, bridges, curbs and gutters, traffic signs, pavement markings, potholes, railroad crossings, school zone signs and flashing lights, sidewalks, street lights, traffic signals and parking meters. You also can report flooding, blocked storm water inlets, tree limbs or obstacles in the roadway and water pooling in the street.

Get the app

Fort Worth residents and visitors now have another way to report issues to the city.

With the new My Fort Worth (MyFW) app users can provide a brief description, photos and use a map-based location feature to submit issues like graffiti, potholes or high grass. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team for a quick response. The user can view the status of the request in the app and receive a notification when the work is complete.

Download MyFW on the App Store or Google Play.

Report issues by either calling or reporting via the app!
