The Fort Worth Art Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Draft Fiscal Year 2019 Public Art Annual Work Plan. The annual work plan will include ongoing projects along with several new projects, some of which are on the public art plan for the 2018 Bond Program.

The hearing will be at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Fort Worth Community Art Center, 1300 Gendy St.

This meeting is an opportunity to submit comments or ask questions about the Draft Fiscal Year 2019 Fort Worth Public Art Annual Work Plan. After the hearing, the Fort Worth Art Commission will make its final recommendation to the City Council for consideration in September.

A copy of the Draft Work Plan is available in its entirety on the Fort Worth Public Art website. Fort Worth residents are invited to review the plan and comment at a public hearing or submit written comments via email or U.S. Mail (Fort Worth Public Art, Attn: Sam Brown, 1300 Gendy St., Fort Worth, TX, 76107). Written comments received by 5 p.m. Sept. 10 will be reviewed by the Art Commission prior to making a final recommendation.
