AllianceTexas developer Hillwood purchased 600 acres of continuous land in the Alliance Westport sector off FM 156.
The acquisition allows Hillwood to increase its industrial development potential in Tarrant and Denton counties and gives future tenants prime locations between Alliance Airport and the BNSF Railway Alliance Intermodal Facility.
Hillwood can now offer large-scale logistics, manufacturing and aviation sites that are situated next to the expanded runways at Alliance Airport, which is one of only a few industrial gateways by air in North Texas.
“This is one of the most significant land acquisitions in the history of AllianceTexas,” Hillwood Senior Vice President Tony Creme said. “As Alliance Airport and the BNSF Railway Alliance Intermodal Facility continue to expand and strengthen the foundation for AllianceTexas’ commercial growth, this new property in Alliance Westport will serve as a strategic link between these two pieces of critical logistics infrastructure and offer unparalleled connectivity to our customers.”
