Meet with potential employers representing a variety of fields during the Job and Resource Fair at Fort Worth’s new EnVision Center located at MLK Community Center, 5565 Truman Drive.
The fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 22. Register online for the free event.
Potential employers will represent numerous fields, such as construction, logistics, animal care, business, computers, automotive, culinary, teaching, cosmetology, health care, criminal justice, transportation, nonprofit organizations, hospitality, aerospace and entertainment.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their résumé and dress for an interview. There will also be opportunities to learn about training and certification programs.
EnVision Centers are HUD-funded centralized hubs that serve as an incubator to support four key pillars of self-sufficiency:
- Economic empowerment.
- Educational advancement.
- Health and wellness.
- Character and leadership.
