Sewer lines in South Wayside Area to be rehabilitated

Make plans to attend the South Wayside Area Sewer Improvements project meeting scheduled for 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 11, at Victory Forest Community Center, 3427 Hemphill St., to learn about the city’s plan to replace sewer lines.

Affected areas include:

  • Alley between West Bolt Street and Malta Avenue from Travis Avenue to 300 feet east.
  • Alley between West Malta Avenue and Flint Street from Travis Avenue to 300 feet east.
  • Alley between West Anthony Street and West Seminary Drive from College Avenue to 650 feet east.
  • Alley between St. Louis Avenue and South Main Street from Berry Street to Devitt Street.
  • Easement east of Hemphill Street from 200 feet north of Fogg Street to 125 feet south of Fogg Street.
  • Alley east of Hemphill Street from Bolt Street to 160 feet south of Malta Street.
  • Alley between Malta Street and Flint Street from Hemphill Street to Union Pacific Railroad.
  • Alley between Malta Street and Bolt Street from Hemphill, Street to Union Pacific Railroad.
  • Alley west of Union Pacific Railroad from Malta Street to Anthony Street.
  • Alley between Main Street and Bryan Street from Bewick Street to 357 feet south.
  • Alley between St Louis Avenue and Main Street from Bewick Street to 357 feet south.
  • Alley between Bryan Avenue and Stuart Drive from Bewick Street to 377 feet south.
  • Easement south of Thornhill Drive from Pleasant Street to 443 feet west.
  • Easement east of Union Pacific Railroad from the Felix Street access road to Felix Street.
  • Alley between Fry Street and Belmeade Drive from Prince Street to Mason Street.
