Save 30% on annual fitness memberships at City of Fort Worth community centers up until Jan. 31. Gain access to state-of-the-art cardio, strength and free-weight equipment.

Your insurance company may pitch in

Your insurance company may be able to cover the cost of a fitness membership at a local community center. The City of Fort Worth is partnering with Tivity Health and Renew Active. These programs work with insurance companies to provide free fitness memberships.

Participating insurances companies include Medicare, Aetna, Amerigroup, BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, Care n Care, Clover, Bankers Life, Devoted Health Plans, Humana, Kelsey Care Advantage, Mutual of Omaha Medicare Advantage and UnitedHealthcare.
