Fort Worth ISD’s Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School is hosting free walk-up COVID-19 testing, Aug. 4-8.

From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, residents can be tested for coronavirus in the school gymnasium, 1411 Maydell St. No advance registration is required. However, residents being tested must have access to a telephone. Results will be returned via phone call or message.

The Texas Division of Emergency Management in conjunction with the City of Fort Worth is sponsoring the free community COVID-19 testing event.

Individuals will be guided by site staff to self-administer a saliva-based ‘cheek swab’ test at this site. There is no age limit. Minors can self-administer tests with permission of parents or guardians. Parents and guardians will also be allowed to administer guided cheek swabs to their very young children and infants, if desired
