Camp Connection provides supportive learning opportunities for children at Fort Worth community centers.

Now that many school districts are back in session, either virtually or in-classroom, working parents may be wondering how they will be able to support their students’ learning activities.

The answer: Camp Connection.

Online registration continues for Fort Worth’s Camp Connection, a convenient option for working parents that provides a safe place for students ages 5-13 to attend while parents continue working or return to work.

So far, nearly 300 students are enrolled in Camp Connection, but there’s room for more.

Sessions operate 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Extended care outside of these times will not be available. Camp fee is $30 per week with scholarships available. A community center membership card is required to register for Camp Connection.

Camp Connection provides supportive learning opportunities for children in nearby neighborhoods at community centers. Camps will be staffed with recreation professionals to provide a learning partnership through homework assistance. Camp Connection will offer adult supervision for youth while completing their online school assignments. Lunch and a snack will be provided.
