Adopted Fiscal Year 2019 Fee Adjustments

New ordinance reflecting fee changes to be effective October 1. The fees changing are:

  • Commercial alarm permits
  • Community Facility Agreements
  • Stormwater Facility Maintenance Agreements
  • Transportation Impact Fee credit agreements
  • Plats
  • Zoning variances and special exceptions
