A Request for Qualifications for the Public Safety Training Center design-build-finance opened on Jan. 13, 2012, and closed Feb. 13, 2012. The selection process was very competitive with a toal of fifteen teams submitting statements of qualifications. As a result of the evaluation and selection process, four teams demonstrating outstanding experience and qualifications were short-listed and have been notified.
