Riverside Community Center is located in the heart of Sylvania Park, near the west fork of the Trinity River. The center offers after-school programs, a boxing club, and a diverse selection of classes, but there is also ample opportunity to explore the great outdoors.

After School Program

Fall 2018 information coming soon.

Center staff provides supervised walks to Riverside Community Center from St. George Catholic School. Pick-ups occur at Riverside Middle School, Williams Elementary School, West Birdville Elementary, Major Cheney Elementary, Birdville Elementary, David E. Smith Elementary, and W.T. Francisco Elementary. However, walk-ins and children dropped off by their parents are accepted from all local schools, including St. George Catholic School, Natha Howell Elementary, Bonnie Brae Elementary, Oakhurst Elementary, Riverside Applied Learning Center and Springdale Elementary.
