Fidelity Express Accepting Fort Worth Utility Bill Payments
FORT WORTH, Texas – City of Fort Worth utility customers now have another payment option – Fidelity Express locations within grocery and convenience stores.
“This just provides another payment option for our customers. About 75 percent of the customers that use our satellite offices pay with cash. With over 250 Fidelity Express locations in Tarrant County, now there may be a more convenient location for those customers,” said Assistant Water Director Kara Shuror.
Only cash payments are accepted, and a $1.50 processing fee is charged by the location. Customers should bring both portions of their current bill to any participating Fidelity Express location. The payment will post to the customer’s account the next business day.
Customers scheduled for termination or already terminated can call the Water Department after making payment and provide the receipt number so the payment can be verified.
“We encourage our customers to use only authorized payment locations so their transaction is processed with the city in a timely manner,” said Shuror.
