Business Services
This division is the primary contact for all new and existing customers. This section includes the 24/7 Call Center, billing, collections, a downtown walk-in service center, three satellite service locations, budgeting and rate-setting, meter services, information technology, public education, water conservation,  wholesale customer coordination and water development.

Field Operations
This division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the water distribution system and wastewater collection system. It operates 24/7 in accordance with federal and state standards. The division handles main breaks, sewer stops, inspection of sewer line conditions, fire hydrant and valve maintenance and much more.

Engineering
This division oversees capital project planning and implementation  Sections in this division include engineering, safety, security, regulatory and environmental coordination, laboratory services, and Lake Worth management.

Water Production
Production is responsible for the treatment, storage and pumping of drinking water to the citizens of Fort Worth and its wholesale customers.  The primary goal is the production and distribution of drinking water that is safe in quality and sufficient in quantity. This division is also responsible for wholesale metering stations and wastewater lift stations operation and maintenance.

Resource Recovery 
Resource Recovery is responsible for operating and maintaining the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility and the reclaimed water system. Village Creek WRF is permitted to treat 166 million gallons of wastewater each day while serving more than 880,000 people and numerous industries in Fort Worth and 22 other communities. The division also includes Pretreatment Services, which regulates commercial and industrial wastewater discharges and oversees the backflow/cross connection control program.
