Spanish

You can pay your City of Fort Worth utility bill in a number of ways. Credit card, debit card and check payments are accepted online, by phone or in person at one of the three listed customer service locations below.

Online:

Customers can view or pay their utility bill online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express are accepted, as well as electronic check payment and debit card payment (debit card must have Visa or MasterCard logo). To register your account, you need your account number and cycle and route numbers.  This information is on your billing statement or you can obtain it by calling 817-392-4477. Cycle and route numbers are a recent addition to the paper billing statement and do change periodically to optimize the meter reading routes. Once registered with H2Online, customers can elect to stop receiving paper bills. Register to pay online.

You may set up automatic recurring payments online to automatically draft your monthly account balance from  your credit card, debit card or checking/savings account (checking/savings account must allow ACH payments).
