You can pay your City of Fort Worth utility bill in a number of ways. Credit card payments are accepted online, by phone or in person at one of the three listed customer service locations below.
Online:
Customers can view or pay their water, wastewater, stormwater or sanitation accounts online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. To register your account, you need your account number and cycle and route numbers. This information is on your billing statement or you can obtain it by calling 817-392-4477. Cycle and route numbers are a recent addition to the paper billing statement and do change periodically to optimize the meter reading routes. Once registered with H2Online, customers can elect to stop receiving paper bills. Register to pay online.
Credit card payments must be made manually each month, and are not automatic.
By phone:
Customers can conveniently pay their utility bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using check, Discover, American Express or Visa/ MasterCard debit or credit cards. Simply call 817.392.4477 and follow the system prompts. For faster processing, please have your utility account number, and checking account or credit card information readily available before you call.
By mail:
Make checks payable to the Fort Worth Water Department. Do not send cash in the mail.

Bring both portions of your current bill to any of the three Customer Service locations below during business hours. We accept Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards, Discover and American Express.
Downtown, City Hall Annex, 908 Monroe Street

Southeast Satellite Office, Inside Fiesta Food Store, 4245 E. Berry St.
(Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Sunday, Noon to 5 p.m.)
Northside Satellite Office, Inside Carnival Food Store, 102 NW 28th St.
(Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Sunday, Noon to 5 p.m.)
Southwest Satellite Office, 3741 S.W. Loop 820 (inside Southwest Municipal Court Building,southeast of the Trail Lake Drive intersection)

In person at Fidelity Express locations:
Bring both portions of your current bill to any participating Fidelity Express location, usually grocery and convenience stores. You can use Fidelity Express locations in Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Johnson and Dallas counties. Only cash payments are accepted, and a $1.50 processing fee is charged by the location. The payment will post to your account the next business day.

Drop box:
24-hour payment drop box is located on the south side of the Fort Worth City Hall Annex, 908 Monroe Street and at 8510 Spring Street in Lake Country Estates. Please pay with check or money order to ensure proper credit. Do not pay with cash.
Bank draft:
To set up your account for bank draft, contact Customer Service at 817-FW-24-HRS (817-392-4477) or click Bank Draft Authorization Form to access a printable form. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month. Complete the form and return with a voided check to:
