Customer Care is on the cutting edge of the digital transformation of service offerings; thereby delivering a seamless and personalized experience. Customer Care is made up of two specialized units: the 311 Fort Worth Contact Center and My Fort Worth (MyFW) Services. The division differentiates itself by integrating multiple channels of communication with interaction to provide a superior level of care.
Customer Care provides assistance for non-emergency services such as Animal Care and Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic and general inquiries for the City Manager’s Office.

Terms of Service
The 311 Fort Worth Contact Center handles requests for information and services for Animal Care and Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic, and general inquiries for the City Manager's Office through online chat.
311 Fort Worth Contact Center Specialists are ready to assist you Monday through Friday from 7am until 6pm and Saturday from 7am until 4pm.
