In today’s fast-paced consumer centric municipality, the Customer Care Division provides Award Winning World Class Service to the residents and patrons of the City of Fort Worth. Customer Care is on the cutting edge of the digital transformation of service offerings; thereby delivering a seamless and personalized experience. Customer Care is made up of two specialized units: the 311 Fort Worth Contact Center and My Fort Worth (MyFW) Services. The division differentiates itself by integrating multiple channels of communication with interaction to provide a superior level of care.

Customer Care provides assistance for non-emergency services such as Animal Care and Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic and general inquiries for the City Manager’s Office.

Request services by cell phone using MyFW texting or the MyFW App, the official app for residents and visitors to quickly and easily request services from the City of Fort Worth, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  • Provide a brief description, photos and use a map-based location feature to submit issues like graffiti, potholes or high grass.
  • Submit and the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team.
  • You can even view the status of the request in the app
  • Receive a notification when the work is complete.

The 311 Fort Worth Contact Center handles requests for information and services for Animal Care and Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic, and general inquiries for the City Manager's Office through online chat.

311 Fort Worth Contact Center Specialists are ready to assist you Monday through Friday from 7am until 6pm and Saturday from 7am until 4pm.

Environmental 

Code Compliance-Environmental Quality division provides this service to allow concerned citizens to file email reports of air and water pollution.

 

Animals 

  

For issues such as strays, animal cruelty, noise and waste complaints or dead animals.

 

Police 

Connect to the Fort Worth Police Department online.

If this is an emergency, call 9-1-1.Use the online crime reporting tool for non-emergency crimes that occur in Fort Worth's city limits.

Consumer Health 

This form is to give the public to make a complaint to investigate the Code Compliance violation submitted.

 Water

You can report water main breaks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, by calling our 24-hour customer service number. Report illegal connections, water waste and meter issues.
