Project Description

This project consists of (1) 5-story mixed-use wrap building, with a 6-story parking garage with 380 parking spaces, 2 landscaped courtyards with swimming pool, and dog park.

• Building 1 has 12,200 SF of retail/grocery (white boxed) with a mezzanine. Ancillary functions of Building 1 are fitness center, mail area, leasing office, and storage.
• Building 2 is a 4-story mixed use building with 12,700 SF of retail (white boxed), and 75 surface parking spaces.
• Building 1 and 2 and have a total of 370 units with 283,626 NRSF, based on sheets A0.08 and A0.09.
