New! Online Payment Portal
Consumer Health invoices can now be paid online through our payment portal. This is a convenient method to pay your outstanding invoices with the City of Fort Worth Environmental Services Department's Consumer Health Division. Payments post immediately, and your health permit will be mailed the next business day.
Online payments can be accepted for any Consumer Health Invoice such as:
- Annual Health Permit Fees
- Temporary Event Permit Fees
- Re-inspection Fees
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include ACH transfers and credit cards. We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. There is a convenience fee of 3.49% for credit card payments, and a $5 fee for ACH payments.
Payment Instructions
You will be redirected to a secure payment site, provided by My Health Department, to complete payments.
Once on the My Health Department page, follow the instructions below.
- Click the Pay Your Invoice button.
- Enter your invoice number and click Search.
- When the invoice appears, click Add to Cart.
- Enter your phone number, then click Checkout.
- Select payment method, Credit Card or E-Check, and enter your payment and billing info.
- Finalize your payment:
- Confirm payment information and agree to the terms and conditions by selecting I Agree.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA security feature by checking the box, selecting requested images, then clicking Verify.
- Click Complete Transaction.
