The City of Fort Worth's Environmental Quality division within the Environmental Services Department provides this service to allow concerned citizens to file email reports of pollution resulting from:
- Persons discharging pollutants to lakes, rivers, creeks, and the storm sewer system within the city.
- Instances of air pollution emitted by vehicles, machinery, or industrial operations within the city.

If you are reporting an emergency situation that could result in imminent and substantial danger tot he health and safety of persons or property. Please disregard this form and call 911.
Reporting violations of environmental laws is a serious matter and could result in criminal and/or civil sanctions being assessed against the person or company you are reporting. Knowingly or intentionally making a false entry in this document is a violation of Texas Penal Code 37.10, "Tampering With a Government Record," a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $4,000, or both.
