If you can answer no to all of the questions and meet the permit requirements for the exclusion, then you are eligible obtain coverage under the No Exposure Exclusion. After submitting your NEC application to the TCEQ, you are required to submit a copy of the NEC application to the City of Fort Worth as the MS4 Operator within the city limits. No fees are charged by the City of Fort Worth. All permit application fees go to the TCEQ as noted in the application instructions.
