• SummaryThe City of Fort Worth is seeking bids from qualifies bidders for Grinder Pumps, Parts and Repair for an Annual Agreement for the Water Department. The City anticipates that the initial term for the Agreement to begin on the date stated in Purchase Order ("Effective Date") and shall expire on upcoming September 30th, ("Expiration Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement ("Initial Term"). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the Agreement may be renewed with (4) one-year additional terms at the City's option, unless City or Supplier provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the Initial Term or renewal period. However, if funds are not appropriated, the City may cancel the Agreement 30 calendar days after providing written notification to the Supplier.
