• SummaryThe City of Fort Worth (City) Fire Department (Office of Emergency Management) seeks a qualified firm to provide a Mass Notification System (MNS) to notify and alert citizens of events such as but not limited to severe storms, evacuations shelter-in-place protective actions, road closures and flood warnings. The selected MNS shall be customized for range of notification avenues such as but not limited to voice, text, and email, based on the City’s needs. The MNS shall also integrate with systems such as but not limited to Integrated Public Alert Warning System/Wireless Alert System (IPAWS/WEA), “Know What to Do” messaging, Apps and Websites, and the City’s PeopleSoft system.
