• SummaryThe City of Fort Worth seeks bids to establish an Annual Agreement for generator maintenance and repair for all City Departments. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date stated in contract (“Effective Date”) and shall expire one year from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement (Initial Term). Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, the Agreement shall renew automatically under the same terms and conditions for up tp four (4) additional one-year periods, unless City or Vendor provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the initial term or renewal period.
