• SummaryThe City of Fort Worth is seeking bids from qualified bidders to finalize an annual agreement for the purchase of Police Duty Bicycles. The agreement will be for one, one-year period with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods exercised in accordance with the Agreement specifications. This agreement shall not exceed $25,000.00, and all work will be performed on an as needed basis, unit prices shall include all associated costs, not limited to delivery fuel and handling charges. No additional charges will be accepted or paid by the City. Upon accepting a release order from our user department/division for this Agreement, please insure you are provided a purchase order number and a release number. Invoices must be mailed to the ordering department/division releasing service/commodity and the invoice shall contain: 1) Bid number; 2) Department Purchase Order Number; 3) Release Number; 4) Department Name; 5) Address where service/commodity was delivered.
