The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date stated in Purchase Order (“Effective Date”) and shall expire one year from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed automatically under the same terms and conditions for four additional one year periods, unless City of Vendor provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the initial term or renewal period. Bids will be accepted as usual by email/fax/mail or if the bidder wants to hand deliver any other time, bidder will need to call Purchasing at 817-392-2462 to make an appointment.
