• SummaryThe City of Fort Worth seeks bids to establish an Annual Agreement to purchase various types of lamps and ballasts for City Departments on an as needed basis. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date stated in contract (“Effective Date”) and shall expire one year from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for four additional one year periods, unless City or Vendor provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the initial term or renewal period.
