REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION
ANNUAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
CITY OF FORT WORTH
Qualified Architects are invited to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for retention on an annual architectural services agreement (similar to an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreement) for the preparation of evaluation, design, and construction administration services for improvements to facilities owned or operated by the City of Fort Worth. The agreement will be for up to a five-year period. Individual projects will generally be $100,000 or less and may require multi-disciplinary design efforts. Architects must be experienced in municipal project design and construction administration services.
It is the policy of the City of Fort Worth to ensure the full and equitable participation by Business Equity Firms in the procurement of professional services. The City has established a 13% goal for this agreement. The goal is reviewed for the overall projects during each year.
SOQs must be prepared in six copies using Standard Form 330, Part II (Architect-Engineer Qualifications) or equivalent and include information on the municipal experience of the A/E firm and project manager(s), examples of municipal projects, proposed consultants, references with names and telephone numbers, etc. The SOQ is limited to 32 pages maximum.
The SOQs must be received by the Architectural Services, Facilities Management Department, City of Fort Worth located at 401 West 13th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, not later than 5:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2021.
