Wagley Robertson Road and Everman Parkway Design-Build Projects RFQ

The City of Fort Worth, Texas, (“City”) is seeking to engage one qualified firm to provide Owner’s Representative Services for the Everman Parkway and Wagley Robertson Road projects.  The City intends to use the design-build (DB) method for civil works projects (Texas Government Code 2269, Subchapter H) to deliver each project and is procuring one Owner’s Representative to provide professional services throughout the course of both projects. The selected consultant shall demonstrate recent experience successfully providing project and construction management services on behalf of a municipality under the DB project delivery method. Please note: This procurement does not seek services from Design-Build firms for design and construction of the projects. Procurement of such services will be done at a later time. The Owner’s Representative may not be a member of any subsequent DB team.
